Are the dry wipes reusable?

Each dry wipe is designed for single use, ensuring perfect hygiene. However, they are strong enough for multiple uses throughout the day.

Are they suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, all Solcotton products are dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, and fragrance- and alcohol-free.

What are Solcotton wipes made of?

All our wipes are crafted from 100% premium natural cotton, soft, breathable, and lint-free.

Do they contain perfume or alcohol?

No. Our wipes are free from perfume, alcohol, dyes, bleach, and harsh chemicals.

Are they biodegradable?

Yes, all Solcotton wipes are biodegradable, renewable, and made from responsibly sourced cotton.

How should I store them?

Keep the pack sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.

Are Solcotton products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.

What makes Solcotton sustainable?

We use OEKO-TEX® certified cotton and water-efficient non-woven technology. Our products are biodegradable, plastic-free, and come in recyclable packaging.

Manage my account

How do I create my account?

To create a Solcotton account, begin by selecting the account icon at the top right of our website. Enter your email address, then check your inbox for a message from us. Tap the secure login link, you will be signed in instantly and your account will be created at the same time. No password is required, every future sign-in works the same way, simply request a new secure link.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

There is no password to remember. Visit the login page, enter your email address, then open the email we send and use the secure link to access your account immediately.

How do I change my password?

Our store uses a password-free experience. There is no password to change. Whenever you want to sign in, request a secure link with your email address and access your account from that email.

How can I view or change my personal information?

Sign in using the secure email link. Once in your Account Dashboard, open your profile to review your details. You can update your name, email or phone number, and manage your addresses by adding, editing or removing them. When you are finished, confirm the changes to save them, then return to your orders to review past purchases and tracking.

How do I delete an account?

If you wish to delete your Solcotton account, please contact our customer service via the contact form by selecting the “Account” category. We will confirm your request, permanently remove your account and associated personal data in line with privacy regulations, then send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Can I check out as a guest?

Yes. Add your selected items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Choose to continue as a guest, enter your shipping details and preferred payment method, then place your order. You will receive order confirmation, updates and tracking by email, no account required.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?

You can sign up for our newsletter from the bottom left corner of our homepage. Simply enter your email address in the designated field and click Subscribe.
By subscribing, you will receive regular updates on our latest news and events, as well as access to exclusive, personalized offers.
If you wish to unsubscribe from Solcotton newsletters, use the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Make an order

How do I place my order?

Select the products you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping bag. Once you are ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. You may either log in with the secure email link we provide or continue as a guest. At checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your delivery method, and provide your payment information. Review your order summary carefully before confirming. After payment, you will immediately receive an email with your order confirmation and all the details.
If you experience any issues, feel free to contact our team by filling out the contact form.

Has my order been confirmed?

As soon as your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. If you do not see the confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also log into your account via the secure email link to view the status of your order at any time.

Modify or cancel my order

I would like to change/cancel my order. How do I do this?

Once an order has been placed, it is automatically prepared for processing to ensure the fastest possible delivery. For this reason, changes are not possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team using the contact form as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered the preparation stage, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order is being prepared or has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

I have confirmed my order. Can I change the delivery address?

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, it's unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address once your order is being prepared in our warehouse.
If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive it.

My order was cancelled due to a product being unavailable. Why?

We take every measure to ensure our stock levels are accurate. However, in rare cases a product may become unavailable at the time of your purchase. If this happens, we will cancel the order or the unavailable item and notify you by email. Any payment made for the cancelled item will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Can I return a product?

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and care items cannot be returned. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days.

How do I get a refund?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Payment issues

I'm having trouble with my payment, what should I do?

If your payment isn’t going through, please try the following:
- Make sure your card details are correct
- Check that your payment method is supported
- Try a different browser or device
- Clear your cache and cookies

DELIVERY

My Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently ship to Metropolitan France only. More countries will be added soon!

What are the costs and delivery times?

We deliver with Colissimo to offer reliable delivery options across Metropolitan France.

Colissimo Home Delivery: 2 to 4 business days
Delivery cost : 1.99 €

Free delivery on orders over 29 €

Due to a high volume of orders, delivery times may be longer than usual.

These delivery times are in addition to the order preparation time. After your order leaves our warehouse, it travels with our trusted carrier, who will keep you updated until delivery.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery choice, and you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete, what can I do?

We are truly sorry if your order arrived damaged or incomplete.
Please reach out to our customer service team through the contact form within 48 hours of receiving your parcel by selecting "Delivery" category.
Our team will make sure to find the best solution for you, whether that is a replacement or a refund.

My order was shipped to the wrong address, what do I do?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we may be able to update your address for you!
Please email customerservicefr@solcotton.comas soon as possible with both your order number and the full correct shipping address.
We cannot update your address once a shipping label has been created.

Please note that we cannot guarantee your information will be updated before shipment, as processing depends on our business hours.

We do not refund shipping fees on orders that have an incorrect address provided.

If a non-delivered order is returned to the sender, a refund may be issued for the product value only. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. Customers may then place a new order with the correct shipping address.

Track my order

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been confirmed and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Simply click on “Track my order” in the email to view your delivery progress in real time. You can also find your tracking information directly in your Solcotton account.
To access it, log in by clicking “My Account” at the top right of our website, then select “My Orders.”
