• Shipping method : We offer standard home delivery. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time : Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days via Colissimo depending on your location. During peak periods (holidays, sales, launches...), delivery may take a little longer.

- Free delivery: on orders over 49€
6.1 Delays and Lost Shipments
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at customerservicefr@solcotton.com and we will help you file a claim.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Certain products (e.g., opened personal care items, gift cards, digital downloads) are non-refundable.
• Return fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
