Refund policy

 

At Solcotton, we want you to love every product you receive but if for any reason you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item, provided it meets the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused/unworn, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
Please include the receipt or proof of purchase and any complimentary items.

To make a return, you can contact our customer service department using the contact form, selecting the “Order” category. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, damaged, or used items
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Products without original tags or proof of purchase
  • Personal care products already opened for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and request a refund for the original one.

In the event of a sizing issue, customers must request a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired size.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.

Gift With Purchase Policy
Promotional gifts offered with an order (“Gift With Purchase”) must be returned if the qualifying item(s) from the order are returned.

To be eligible for a full refund, the complimentary gift must be returned:

  • unused,
  • unopened,
  • in its original packaging,
  • and in resalable condition.

If the complimentary gift is not returned, or is returned opened, used, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from the total refund amount.

Any deducted amount will correspond to the stated retail value of the promotional item at the time of purchase.
