The website www.solcotton.eu (the “Site”) is published by Sol Millennium France, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €17,007, whose registered office is located at 10 Rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under No. 952 006 039, VAT number FR84952006039.
Solcotton is a trade name operated by Sol Millennium France.
I. Scope
These terms and conditions of sale (the “TCS”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of products and services (the “Products”) concluded by Sol Millennium France to consumers acting for non-professional purposes (the “Customer(s)”) via the Site. Placing an Order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the TCS.
Sol Millennium France may modify the TCS at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the Site on the day of the Order. The update date is indicated at the top of these terms.
Useful definitions: “Account” means the Customer’s personal space on the Site. “Order” means the purchase made on the Site. “Products” means all items offered for sale on the Site.
II. Site Information and Accessibility
The Site is generally accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to maintenance, security operations, or force majeure. Sol Millennium France does not guarantee the absence of anomalies or continuous access to the Site and cannot be held responsible for unavailability due to network outages, updates, or third-party interventions.
Sol Millennium France may modify the content and features of the Site at any time.
III. Customer Account
The Customer may place an Order after creating a customer account (the “Account”). The Customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Login credentials are personal and confidential; any activity carried out using the Customer’s credentials is deemed to be performed by the Customer. In case of loss, theft, or suspected fraudulent use, the Customer must immediately notify customer service at customerservicefr@solcotton.com.
IV. Products and Availability
The essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the product pages. Photographs have no contractual value. Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, subject to stock availability. In case of unavailability after the Order, Solcotton will inform the Customer and propose cancellation with a refund.
V. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) for orders delivered in France. Any delivery, handling, and optional charges (express delivery, etc.) are indicated before final confirmation of the Order.
Sol Millennium France reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The invoiced price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Order Steps
1.Selection of Products and adding to the cart.
2.Summary, verification, and correction of any errors.
3.Identification or entry of delivery and billing information.
4.Choice of delivery method and payment method.
5.Acceptance of the TCS and confirmation.
6.Payment.
Confirmation
After payment confirmation, a summary email confirms receipt of the Order.
Refusal or Cancellation
Sol Millennium France may refuse any abnormal Order, made in bad faith, or presenting a risk of fraud. In case of cancellation after payment, the Customer will be refunded.
Archiving and Evidence
Order forms and invoices are archived on reliable media. The Customer may request a copy from customer service.
VII. Payment
Payment is due immediately. Transactions are processed by an accredited payment provider, in accordance with current security standards. Sol Millennium France never accesses the Customer’s banking data.
In case of payment refusal by the bank, the Order is automatically canceled. Sol Millennium France reserves the right to implement anti-fraud checks and request additional documents before shipment.
VIII. Delivery
Zones, Methods, and Times
The options offered, indicative times, and costs are specified during the Order and on the “Delivery and Returns” page. Delivery times are in business days from shipment.
Tracking
A shipping email with a tracking link is sent to the Customer.
Reception and Reservations
The Customer verifies the condition of the package upon delivery. In case of anomaly, they must provide precise reservations to the carrier and inform Sol Millennium France within 48 hours.
Incomplete Address or Failed Delivery
1. Delivery Methods: - Colissimo (home delivery): Orders can be delivered directly to your home via Colissimo.
2. Delivery Time: 2–4 business days from the order confirmation.
3. Delivery Costs: 1.99€ per order with Colissimo
4. Free Delivery: Delivery is free for orders of 49€ or more.
Note: “Business days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
IX. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)
The Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. The request may be made online via the contact form on the Site or by any unambiguous declaration.
Products must be returned in their new and complete condition (packaging, accessories) within 14 days of notification. Non-compliant returns may be refused.
Unless otherwise indicated on the “Delivery and Returns” page, return costs are borne by the Customer. Refunds are made within 14 days from receipt of the Products or proof of shipment, via the same payment method.
Legal Exclusions
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following cannot be returned: Products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as well as sealed Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if unsealed by the Customer (examples: wipes or intimate textiles after opening the primary seal).
X. Legal Guarantees
Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity (Art. L.217-3 et seq., Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq., Civil Code).
Conformity
The Customer has two years from delivery to act. They may require conformity through repair or replacement, or failing that, price reduction or contract termination, according to legal conditions.
Hidden Defects
The Customer may choose between canceling the sale or a price reduction, according to Article 1644 of the Civil Code.

XI. Complaints, Customer Service
For any questions or complaints, the Customer contacts customer service via the contact form available on the “Contact” link at the bottom of the page. Sol Millennium France responds as soon as possible.
XII. Consumer Mediation
After prior written contact with customer service and failure to resolve within 60 days, the Customer may contact the competent consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with the Consumer Code provisions regarding consumer dispute mediation.

XIII. Retention of Title and Transfer of Risk
Sol Millennium France retains ownership of the Products until full payment. Risks (loss, damage) are transferred to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier chosen by the Customer.
XIV. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and elements on the Site, including the Solcotton brand, remain the property of Sol Millennium France or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.
XV. Personal Data
Personal data collected during browsing, orders, and customer relationship management is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).
The Seller collects only the data strictly necessary for processing orders, delivering Products, managing the customer relationship, and, if applicable, sending commercial information (with consent).
The Customer has the following rights at any time:

-right to data portability
-right to restriction of processing
-right to file a complaint with CNIL.
Data is retained for no more than 3 years from the last contact or the end of the commercial relationship, unless contrary legal obligations apply.

XVI. Promotional Offers and Gift Cards
Terms of promotional offers, codes, referral programs, or gift cards are specified at the time of the offer and/or on the terms of sales page of the Site. Promotions are not cumulative unless otherwise indicated. Gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable (except for distance sales withdrawal rights if unused).
Gift With Purchase Returns
If your order included a complimentary gift or promotional item, the gift must also be returned in unused, unopened, and resalable condition when returning the qualifying item(s).
If the complimentary gift is not returned, or is returned opened, used, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund amount.
XVII. Miscellaneous Provisions
The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the others. Sol Millennium France’s failure to assert a right does not constitute a waiver.
XVIII. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
The TCS are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls under the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory protective provisions applicable to consumers.
